HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!
I hope everybody had a great Christmas. We are on to the next Year. 2012 here we come. We had a lot of fun at our x-mas/election party. Below are the results of the voting and the changes for the new season.
AWARDS BANQUET !!!!!
Our awards Banquet will on Saturday January 28th at 6:30pm at Butte Creek Bible Church in Eagle Point. The church is located on 429 N. Royal Ave. We will provide deserts and drinks but we welcome any additional deserts you want to share with us. This is when we give out our Year End Awards and honor all our helpers. The banquet will be our January meeting, so if you want to have this one count, please make sure you pay your membership at the beginning of the banquet. There will be NO MEETING ON JANUARY 10 at Abby's Pizza in White City.
Here are the results and changes for 2012:
1. Spring Series will be the first 4 races of the year. 2. We will hold 2 meetings at a show to help people qualify. Date will be announced. 3. The Jackpot Saddle Event will have just 2 Team Events. No Individual. 4. Age Division "Senior 1" will be changed to "Masters" 5. Added Rule To "General Rules - Divisions" Rule No.4 : PeeWees are allowed to have verbal or visual help from the outside of the course. If the horse, rider or equipment is physically touched or the assisting person enters the course, it will be considered a no time. Final decision is made by the Trail Boss. 6. Regular Series Event Figure8 will be changed to Bi-Wrangle

Working order of events will be posted day of competition
Annual membership $25.00 first family member $10.00 each additional membership or horse. Family membership is capped at $50.00 per year.
$4 per event + $2 office fee per rider/horse combo
Must be a member, attend 5 of 8 series gymkhana events and 4 club meetings to qualify for year end awards.
Trail Dust Saddle Club rules apply.
BOOTS AND WESTERN SADDLE WITH HORN ARE MANDATORY.
